Explaining the iGuide SystemTravis: Joining us today, Stacey and Dr. Greg Miller, the inventor of the iGuide System, welcome to both of you.Andrew: This is very different than what weve done in the past. I mean there has been suture suspension techniques, but not the way you do it crisscross.Greg: And we just mark the neck then we inject fluid underneath the neck, do a little liposuction, and then after that, using the fiber optic lighted rod, we actually thread in the whole system. So its like a shoe lace that you place underneath the entire area into the jaw line and its in the space between the skin and the muscle. And by the time youre done, you bring out two strings just underneath the chin and literally tying like you would your shoe laces. We did these all with her awake.
